Pilates Reformer is a paid class. Pilates is a modern mix of physical load and exercises from callanetics, ballet, and yoga, set to relaxing music. It is a system of exercises known as "control"; in other words, Pilates practice requires intense concentration, focus on the whole body, deep stretching, and mindful breathing. The exercises in the Pilates system are designed to achieve excellent health and good overall physical condition.
